The one-day room makeover

Go to Allison's blog to see how I spent my Saturday! She has a dear friend who has had a rough year. She is suddenly a single mom with a teenage son and 2 "tween" daughters. Her son has been sleeping in what was his mom's childhood bedroom. Complete with pink carpet and blue flowery wall paper. As you can imagine he didn't feel much like it was his space. He will now! Allison was here for 4 days and in that time took on the project of making over his room. She enlisted the help of a few friends and pulled it all together on Saturday.

Allison you are an angel. In case I hadn't told you lately how wonderful you are- your giving spirit is an inspiration. Jake will love his room and I can't wait to hear how he reacted when he came home! -oh yeah and I hope you got home safe and sound! It was so great to see you!
